  I frequent this location because I work nearby. Unfortunately, they often “lose” my mobile orders, or this morning, my order must have been “stolen.” There are always employees that appear to be on their first day. I will likely spend a few more dollars and order from Starbucks a few doors down from now on. Be aware, there is no free parking available at this location and street parking is extremely limited.

  This is the WORST DD I have ever been to. Lenman, or whatever her name is. I'm not sure if she is the owner or the manager but she is the worse individual I've ever come in contact with. Very nasty towards customers. Very disrespectful. If this had happened only once I wouldn't complain. But it's been every time I have gone to this location. Never have I left a review AND reached out to the company in one day. Very disappointed because I know this is not DD standards. Take your money to another location where you'll be treated better.

  I don't like leaving bad reviews. But honestly, the amount of times my order has been wrong, my food has been squished in the bag, or the service just not pleasant.

  As much as I enjoy DD in general, this particular location is ridiculous when it comes to order detail. I ask for coconut milk and I get dairy, I say no cheese, I get cheese (photo attached). It's so ridiculous. Check your order before you leave. Save yourself the frustration of getting back to your desk or home and realizing your order is wrong. DD needs to realize this location is typically overwhelmed in the mornings.. Smh.

  This DNKN' location is, by far, THE most "compact"! Really cute arrangement, excellent corner store location - within one short block of a major competitor and Orange Line Metro station. Just the necessities: varieties of hot and cold coffee and tea, lattes, doughnuts and a few other pastries, and bottled beverages in the refrigerator! Oh, and a unisex wheelchair accessible restroom. No bags of coffee beans for brewing, plastic recyclable cups, or other branded merchandise. Accepts mobile pay!
