  This location is drive thru only, which is unfortunate. The staff is nice and the coffee is good. The wait times can be long, but I think that has to do with the fact that it’s such a busy area and the only Dunkin close by.

  Absolutely L O V E the morning crew during the week and love going there because of them! They are so full of energy and always get your order right. As for the weekend crew, not so much. For that reason I only go during the week. But those guys I give 5 stars. also ~ for the reviews saying how slow it is.. what do you expect?! Do you see how tiny this dunkin is?? Leave early, plan ahead and you'll be fine. Sheesh cut them some slack!

  This is the Dunkin donuts with the rudest employees I've been to. They literally act like there's no manager in there. I'd rather drive to the one on Main St, they're a lot more friendly there.

  I really like this Dunkin Shop.  They do have the best coffee and tea.  I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness.  I like the donuts, although I don't have them often.  The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time.  I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them.  They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old.  They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore.  The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally.  The bagels are not my favorite.  They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy.  They should try to work on that because they always seem stale.  The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad.  I like the new sourdough bread that they have now.  The avocado toast is very good.  I don't like the sundried tomatoes though.  They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people.  I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now.  They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't like that they changed their rewards program.  It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from.  They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.  Keep up the good work.

  Unfortunately I can't provide a positive experience at the Dunkin hut. It takes too long to get coffee. I have received the wrong coffee a number of times. I have given my order a few times over the speaker only to get to the window and have The employee ask me what do you want. Even though I gave my order 5 minutes earlier. I go to brewster even though it's 10 minutes away.
