::The owner is great which is why it’s hard to write this. I ordered coffee every day from this location. I ordered Uber eats and it was not a good cup. Milk was sour. I drove to this location to get new coffee . The manager Alexandra refused to replace the coffee. She said I drank too much. Then after I asked is that how you treat a loyal client shahid then said- aha I see you ordered from Uber eats and it’s not our location. Mind you I come here every day and spend tons of money. She found two ways not to give me that good old medium coffee for 2.50! Yeah. I called the shop to speak with the owner. The person said he didn’t have time to listen and hung up. I guess right or wrong, what’s was frustrating that they didn’t care. They found every reason not give me that whopping free cup for the loyal client. Today they lost that client. Good job guy

::After being in my car all morning, drove through this store for a cup of coffee and was greeted by an extremely friendly barista - Paulo. Hands down the best barista I have ever interacted with just for his friendliness, I could see him smiling through his mask. Keep up the good work - you are a rare find.

::Had my little kiddos with me and had to place a larger order in the drive threw (I am not typically THAT PERSON who orders a larger order in drive threw). Paulo was so kind, he was thorough taking the order, friendly, personable, and took a second to say hello to the kids as the order was gathering. As far as customer service goes he is a stand out and if he doesn’t own the location- I could see him doing really well traveling and training- just saying.
