  Slow service but the staff is still helpful and they have Western Union transfers and Citi ATM.

  Terrible pharmacy service. I got a text from Duane Reade saying there's a problem with my prescription and to call them. I've tried calling this pharmacy 3 times - each time I've been put in a queue and have waited for up to 15 minutes. I never got thru and will now have to call my dr and have prescription sent elsewhere. Huge waste of my time. Shameful service for a large, well-known chain.
