::Andy, the hygienist it at Empire Dental is the best. So knowledgeable and so patient. If you have any fear of getting your teeth cleaned you should see him. He will make you very comfortable and walk you through what he’s doing. Also the front office staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

::I had an appointment Saturday 6/25 and they canceled me last min due to "not being assigned" to their office through my insurance. One of the ladies in the office Joanna is simply rude and called my husbands phone number not mine, to cancel appt. 20 min before. She did not follow up what so ever after Wednesday when we fist talked and wasn't clear on what I had to do for this to go smoothly. The cherry on top.... When I called to make the appointment originally they let me know I had a credit. This was an appointment for them to finish up the filing on a root canal they had done on my Bridge which only had the temp filing. When I let them know, that they had poor communication and I no longer was interested in them servicing me, All of a sudden I didn't have a credit and the work was done to "my husband" and not me. The office manager Jocelyn got defensive and said "ma'am I have x-rays and signatures from your husband" I mean, I think I/my husband knows if he's had a crown done before...he clearly hasn't, the crown was done on me the work was done on me. They are unorganized and can't seem to read the notes and documentation in their system correctly. I have spent so much money with them and this is the way I get treated. I will not be going back and I will definitely not be recommending anyone to go here.
