::I just got off the phone with an incredibly rude person named "Kat". It was hard not to lose my temper with her shockingly open disrespectful attitude. Kat, if you're overloaded with work tell your bosses you need some support. The dentists are actually really good.

::I had an unpleasant experience this afternoon. One of the front desk assistants was explaining the payment for my treatment and of course I didnât understand it at first. As we went inside, she stepped aside to talk to a colleague of hers, and as they were talking amongst themselves they were giggling and commenting. Iâm sorry but if a patient is in the same room that is really unethical on their part. They need to understand that coming into the dentist I did not have any knowledge about the amount that needed to be paid for the treatment. I think if there is going to be a payment involved there should be a better explanation. It wasnât even discussed when you guys called about my upcoming appointment. Bright Now, I think you need new assistants who are good with customers service and know how to be ethical.

::I saw some terrible reviews for this place, but still decided to give them a shot. I guess thatâs my mistake. When I arrived for my first appointment today the two ladies at the desk didnât even acknowledge me. One was on the phone one wasnât. The other just started making phone calls and walking around. About 10 minutes later one of them eventually got to me and asked me if I could come back an hour later because all of the dentist were going to lunch. I told her I came from work and wouldnât be able to come back at that time. She didnât seem to understand this. She said I mustâve scheduled my appointment through the call center because someone from the office wouldnât have scheduled me at that time. I asked why nobody called to inform me before I showed up and she said âI donât know what happenedâ. She then continued to ask if I could come back an hour later and offered me a âfree work noteâ as if I were a middle schooler that needed to take that back to my teacher to get excused. Needless to say, trust the reviews.

::The entire team here is top notch. I have been offered some other places with my insurance and after 12 years I refuse to go anywhere but here. Jackie is the best for deep cleanings and although there dentist have changed over the years.. they have always been great .. Honest and never try to oversell you on what you need done

::They will pressure you into unnecessary and expensive procedures in order to get more money. Places like this are all about quantity over quality. I made an appointment for a simple filling fix, and it required two different appointments, totaling in 6 hours of time at the office. During my 6 hours there, I was left alone for quite a bit of time, and no one introduced themselves or let me know what was going on. The dentist kept trying to tell me having my filling fixed was a bad idea and instead I should go for the $1500 procedure. I would recommend finding a dentist that isn't part of a large corporation.
