::Booked last minute on Chase Ultimate Rewards. Hoping for a place with a kitchen and living space. Had to call 3 times for the access code to get the key. Finally got it and there was no key. Called back. Gave me another access code. No key. Finally, we were told someone was “putting on clothes to come down to give us a key.” 30 minutes later a man came. No mask but whatever. Got the key and he informs us the sink doesn’t work. Not only did the sink not work but neither did the key fob to the elevator. Up the stairs, finally open the door and it reeks of pot and is filthy. Floors were dirty. Carpet was dirty. Sink was definitely broken. Couch had stains. Furniture was broken. We left the key, turned around and walked out. Beware.

::Had an issue with my reservation but management worked quickly to resove my problems. Can't wait to stay with them in the future and see what beautiful Suites they offer!
