  Had a wonderful experience with this Hotel, both of the Gentleman at Valet Parking were wonderful and went out their way to be helpful . I came in on a Sunday evening to go see my Cancer doctor at Baylor Monday morning , my car was out front and ready . Every employee of the hotel went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the beds were extremely comfortable. Going back to Dallas for Surgery and staying there again the night before .

  Nicely updated hotel, with all new furniture and soft goods. Staff and location were great. My only complaint was the noise in the room from both doors closing, (including mine), and noise from the hallway, (other guests / housekeeping), being easily heard in my room. I ended up having to use ear plugs to sleep. I noticed the doors had a significant gap around them which allowed noise from the hall to get into the room around the door. Also, the same gap allowed the door to slam loudly when you closed it, even if you tried to do so slowly / carefully, (as I tried to do). I suggest the hotel install rubber seal around door frame to close the gap, and prevent doors slamming when closed.

  Stayed here for an event called "Texas Furry Fiesta" as it was the overflow hotel, everything was nice however room service could of been a little bit better, I asked for an extra comforter for the room for my roommates but they just gave me extra flat sheets and all, I also asked for extra towels they got them quickly and I just asked for redundant confirmation "These the extra towels?" And they just assumed I wanted another extra set. Room was great though, front desk was incredibly helpful for all questions I had, it's a nice hotel overall! Just a few intricacies that brought down the review.

  I will definitely be back. I slept well. I was taken care of very well. I was supplied with everything I needed in my room. The breakfast is great. The bartenders are courteous. Also the bartenders are all beautiful, handsome, and great people skills. I truly enjoyed myself, and yes the valet do there thing fa sho!

  Best Air Conditioning I’ve had at a Marriott! The hotel is in a good location and the staff has been very helpful. The M Club is beautiful but unfortunately isn’t consistent with its offerings. Half the time it’s incredible with over-the-top food and beverage and half the time there isn’t anything. Overall, great stays.
