  The service department is very friendly. However, they are EXTREMELY slow! Because of relocating I have been to several service departments in different states. All of them offer "drive up" unscheduled service for oil changes. They we're all substantially quicker than here. I mean over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is a joke!

  “Your car wasn’t bought from us. We can’t help you, sorry” Remember: if these people haven’t made money from you, they don’t want to deal with you. I was accused of lying by staff. Unprofessional and don’t recommend.

  I bought certified pre-owned from Mark Bowen. Great experience! Had it ready for a test drive w 20 minutes notice and delivered the vehicle to my office the next day. Good service and no BS.

  Steer clear of this place!!! The customer service was so terrible we walked out. My lease is almost up so I had every intention of getting a brand new car. We made an appointment, which the salesperson was unprepared for and midway through the appointment we were passed off to someone else, and then new salesperson was pressuring us into a car that was priced way too high for a 36 month lease. After almost being tricked into signing an agreement for a lesser price without being clear about what I was signing, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Now, I will be getting the same car for over $80 less per month, shipped to me from NC, and they are even picking up my current car when dropping off.
