::We ordered Pizza delivery for bday party and we placed order 2 hours before and order was delivered 30 min late. I tried reaching the store and had to wait for 15 min on line and person who received my call on 10 Dec 23 at 642 PM was very rude and unprofessional. As you record the calls for quality purposes please go back and listen to the conversation. If manager Isabelle can call and provide any feedback that would be great. My order number is 653 and order date 10 Dec 22. Very unhappy with the way they handled my request and the tone store person responded to my request which was delayed by 30 min. Also I tried calling back twice as he hung up phone on me and both the times he did repeat same actions. Very horrible and unacceptable, unprofessional behavior n response. I can’t pick no stars so had to chose one.

::Friday evening with the remains of Ian coming through, no power at the house, but this Dominos is open! They were short-staffed and dealing with several upset customers. I'm just grateful they were open and providing good food for my family. We frequent this Dominos for their takeout prices and quality prep. We had to wait a little longer than usual because of the storm (power, internet, etc), but the folks working Friday night made it worth the wait. Thanks to each of you working hard for your customers!!! I appreciate you.

::when your pizza looks worse than the lunchables you ate in elem school. Never seen something more revolting… also the store never answers the phone so forget calling them: store 8908 in Apex, NC.

::Not giving the store itself 5 stars but I’m giving 5 stars to Stephanie! So many places closed for to the weather. Stephanie filled a huge order for local hospital. When I arrived to pick it up she was very courteous and running around handling everything. I asked her where her help was and she kept simply stated “it’s me”. Kudos for all you did to fill our order along with another very large order that day. And to add, the pizza was cooked to perfection and on time!! My question though, where are the owners?
