::At this point, I am only ordering from this store because they deliver downtown. Every time I place an order, there is usually a problem. This time, I was sent an unsliced pizza. The manager (the new GM, Gerald) started out helpful, until he thought it would be appropriate to make a smartass joke about how I can fix the problem with a knife and fork. Seriously? No. This is your mistake. Trying to be funny isn't the solution. Enforcing standards, and actually listening to your repeat customers, IS. At first, I was overjoyed that there was a new GM. Now, I see he's just more of the same. Here's hoping a Pizza Hut opens up nearby. At this rate, there shouldn't be much competition there. If it weren't for the fact that the store is downtown, and I don't drive, I wouldn't spend my money here. I'm sick of this.

::Love the pasta bowls here! Very helpful and cheerful staff, and a screaming take-out deal on a large five topping pizza. Will definitely be back.

::BAD start. I received my order on time, but the pizza I received was basically folded on top of itself so the pieces were glued together and inseparable. Understanding that things happen, I called back to tell them about what happened and the man who answered the phone was respectful and offered 3 options to resolve the issue, one of which was simply a re-order/re-delivery. I asked for that and they said it would be 20-30 minutes. Now 2 hours later, I have not received it and had to call again. The same option was given, but I'm not particularly keen on the idea. Regardless, I'm curious to see if this one shows up at all or if I'll just need to call back in the morning. I will likely not order delivery from them again.
