  Horrible customer service! First I couldn’t order online apparently the location didn’t take my card I ended up calling I was on hold for 5 mins, hung up called again. Now I wait for delivery they come and the delivery guy demanded a tip on my card and when I refused he threw the receipt at me. I tried to call and speak to a manager because now I realize they didn’t even cut my pie in slices. Completely horrible

  So close yet still so far. Pizza was good and the girl on the phone was very apologetic... But their delivery people leave much to be desired. After the first delivery person failed to bring me my soda, it took them almost 2 hours to get me... wait for it... the wrong soda! They threw in a free cheesy bread, which was nice of them, but still no soda with my dinner (Which is the entire point of ordering it!) And now I have soda which I don't even like for all my trouble... First and last time ordering from this location, which is a shame because I generally love dominos. Only reason they get a second star is for the lady on the phone.

  I order for delivery several times each month from this location. The delivery is always on time, the food is always fresh, and the drivers are very friendly and professional. I am always very impressed with the level of service received from this location.

  Well the driver of this location was very unprofessional and disrespectful using profanity and threatening me. I feel like corporate should be better training or even retraining your workers on how to treat people in a better manner versus treating them like garbage and making me feel like I'm walking into a circus versus walking into a pizzeria to order some food for my hungry family. Now with that being said I feel so offended and disrespected after being a long-time customer of Domino's that I feel like I'm left with no other option but to contact the media and seek further help on why people are being treated like animals at this place that is only a short distance from the local hospital that I also volunteer at I really do Hope that someone from corporate may have the decency and professionalism to at least contact me back as soon as possible with an apology for this bombarded circus activity that is going on at my local Domino's pizzeria location thank you for reading and have a great day God bless.

  Do not order from this place. Worst places to order from. I have the app, so the closest delivery location is this place. I ordered through the app and paid with my card. I waited almost TWO hours for a freaking delivery, then to make things worst the delivery guy didn’t even wanted to come to my door. He wanted me to meet him down the street!!!! Like are you freaking serious? What’s the point of delivery if is not to deliver AT THE DOOR. I called to complaint and canceled my order, the guy I spoke with told me I would get a refund, and that I should get a email the next morning (this was on a Saturday). I waited till Monday, NO Refund!!! Nor email or anything. I called again, they said two to three days. Waited three days. Again,nothing!! I showed up, when I got there, That’s when he actually when on the PC and process my refund. Meaning that if I never came, I would have been going back and forth, God’s know for how long. To top it off, I didn’t get the refund until like a week in half after. So if you want Dominoes the best thing to do is order and pick up, and if you want delivery DO NOT pay with card. Pay cash because apparently that makes them come faster. Or just don’t order at all from them!!!!!
