::Beautiful grounds. Serene environment perfect for meditation and refllection. Magnificent views of the Hudson River. The Dominican Sisters are Catholic but at Mariandale they welcome other religious practices such as Buddhism, for example. They are an integral member of the community. The Center has a vegetable garden and donates some of its weekly harvests to food pantries in Ossining.
