::I was searching for an eye clinic closer to home and I’m glad I called, one of the few clinics in oak lawn that doesn’t close at 5 or before! Also I’m jumping the gun and writing this review before I even step in the office because I was super mega pleased with the service I got from the receptionist (which I forgot to ask for her name again). Not that I had many questions but just her attitude as she took down my info. Everyone in customer service seems to be somewhat moody now and it really did brighten my evening that I was treated so warmly!!! Can’t wait to update this review in a couple days with the full experience!

::Comically shabby. Not even shabby chic. But who cares, really? The Doctor is so professional and accommodating. I'm a regular customer now and really like the staff. They were very helpful when I chose new frames. The selection is good and prices were less than similar frames elsewhere.

::I just had my annual contact exam and I really appreciated how friendly the staff was and how much time Dr. Safir spent getting my prescription just right. My new contacts feel like I'm not even wearing contacts at all. Also very satisfied with the price and love that they're open Saturdays.

::Staff is great, always friendly and very knowledgeable. Recently changed from contacts to wearing occasional glasses, I actually had a fun time picking out and fixing my glasses to look just right. Also Dr. Safir is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff... thanks guys! Been going there 10 years since I moved to Texas, will continue. Not your typical uppity attitude of uptown, but they still have all the products and brands.
