  Ordered business cards. Never got them. I called at about a week and was told that they came in but were wrong but the new correct cards would be in in 4 days. Called after 4 days and the correct cards were not in. I was told I could pick up the wrong card just to tide me over, so I did - they had the wrong finish. After that I never heard back from them. Two weeks later and I still don't have the correct cards.

  The lady that attended me (Lee or Leigh, not sure about correct spelling) was really professional, quick, friendly and corteous. I'll recommend them highly

  Wish there were negative stars. Total waste of time even going in there. Rude, dismissive and couldn't care less about trying to be helpful. Getting information was like pulling teeth. WHY do you have a business, pay rent, open the doors and then make ZERO effort to try to be helpful and provide the service you have chosen for your business ? Ridiculously bad attitude.. I did NOT place an order today and I will NOT NOT NOT ever go back there.

  Awful to deal with from the start (she was nicer when the cards were done). I got a lot of attitude trying to place my order, showed up and they weren't started in any way. She never responded to the email she told me to send her which apparently would have told me the next steps to place the final order. She was far more worried with getting out at 6:00 on the dot than making up for her mistake. I only have two stars because she could have been even worse and not done the cards for me when I showed up to just pick them up at 5:55, and she had to start them.
