  The is one of the best happy hour spots downtown. It has a great view over looking Thomas Circle. It also has a swimming pool in the center, which adds to it's charm. It is not a very big place and space is limited so you need to get there early to get a spot.

  Nice views. Warm beer glass. Happy hour grade old fashioned. Asked for ice water and we were directed to the cooler.
