  I don't usually write reviews, but this warrented my time and effort if it saves someone else the hassels I have been through with this company. For starters they didn't show up for the appointment, and claimed to have lost it even though I spoke to someone 3 times regarding the time. The tint was placed but had bubbles and trash on every window so I then had to have them come out and redo it again. Even after redoing the tint it still had bubbles and trash. I have been trying to contact a manager for 3 weeks to have the tint removed and get my money back. In the beginning I was told they would have a manager return my call later that day. No one ever returned my call and now they no longer will answer my calls. This buisness is NOT professional and I would not recomend them at all to anyone. They claim to have lifetime warranty and customer satisfaction, but once they have your money they no longer care about your satisfaction or the job they performed.

  Rob from Detail Wiz is a great guy. Does what he says and tries to ensure customer satisfaction. Please DISREGARD all the other negative reviews which will be removed shortly from friends of mine that were upset with one of the employees that worked at Detail Wiz that they no longer deal with. Detail Wiz not only went out of their way to refund the money but offered back quality services in return and handled the situation professionally! I would recommend Detail Wiz not only friendly to work with but a company to trust and do a job well done. Thank you Rob and Jared from Detail Wiz!
