  Went in with 4 orders for egg sandwiches. Got home and 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. Went back for them to be remade and the lady was extremely nasty. She did not remake them and gave us back 1/3 of what we paid. She kept arguing with us and started cursing at us behind the counter. Unprofessional. Would never go back here.

  Long wait but the bagels are delicious and the staff are always friendly no matter how busy they are. Worth the wait.

  I live out in Miller Place, so don't go here often, but went here last winter and had the most awesome egg sandwich. Unfortunately, I went here last week looking forward to another egg sandwich, but didn't order one because I honestly couldn't bear to--the employees looked exhausted and when I asked if they were ok, they said "yes, just a hot day today" I noticed the grill in the back and asked if they had ac back there and they said no. Regardless of how they said they were fine, I just simply couldn't ask them to stand next to that open grill with no ac. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese, which was good, but I surely won't be going back there in the summertime--it's just not right to require people to work under those conditions.

  Terrible customer service and very rude. No hello. No thank you. No interactions at all other the price of my food said to me I have been in the industry a long time and this was a complete and utter turn off to me. Even after me having said thank you them and being super polite I got cold shoulder back. Unwelcoming and uninviting. Then to boot they messed my order up bc she was too busy to listen to me the first time and assumed I wanted cheese when I didn't ask for it teriible experience and I will never go back. And who the hell doesn't accept credit cards in the 21st century. A fail of a deli. No wonder it's going down the gutter since wading river deli has been there.
