  I ordered flowers and followed the guidelines for same day delivery. The website says orders must be placed before 12pm for same day delivery. I order 2 hours before that deadline and I got a call saying they couldn't complete my order because they already delivered to a location close to where I needed them delivered and they did not want to go back. I'm very upset, they should put a disclaimer on their website if they can't guarantee same day delivery even though you follow the guidelines.

  I upgraded the most expensive arrangement expecting something really beautiful like on the website but instead found flowers I could've bought at ShopRite!

  Great job! Delford delivered bright and early on V-day. For the price, the arrangement was excellent! Came with a very nice vase which was a nice surprise. Will use Delford again.

  I order flowers for my mother who lives in NJ while I reside in California. They always call me if they don't have exactly what I ordered and I know that the arrangements are always beautiful. I have even just called and asked them to use their discretion to create an arrangement for a special occasion. They keep me posted via email every step of the way. For ordering long distance, I would trust no one else.
