  Buying a car is a critical decision. This is why we go to Toyota, the product is excellent and the salesman made it fun to buy; not much critical thinking to do. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the level of service we received from Nathaniel - from his introduction all the way through his walk through of the vehicle. All sales personal in Wappingers Falls are knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Nathaniel just happen to be the one to greet us and explain the difference between a 2017 and 2018 model at that point I was sold. The next task was identifying the colors for the exterior and interior and the rest is history. A special thanks to Allison in the service dept. for going above and beyond for all her customers.   This dealership has no loyalty to their customers. They are very good at pacifying you though. They're going to treat you like royalty but you are just a number on a piece of paper to them. I bought a tundra within the year it broke down I've had it towed there they fix the problem and then they gave me a bill for $3,000 saying this is what the truck could use. Which was a shock since I've only had the car for 6 months. one of those items that it needed was a cabin filter, which was not installed before I purchased. Memorial Day weekend I go camping with my family on the return home my Tundra breaks down again. With my kids and travel trailer. Same problem it's only been 2,500 miles since they fixed it last. After calling for 3 days I still have not received a call back from the service manager to see who's paying for the tow this time. But they did schedule me for a service appointment even know my car isn't there. If you wanted a good oil change their service department is probably good. If you want actual mechanic work done I do not recommend it. I've had a bad experiences there and I've known a couple people that also has the same experience.

  I have purchased two new vehicles at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and have had them serviced there exclusively because the service is always excellent and the staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. The Toyota Care maintenance plan is especially good and covers all routine maintenance items. I have also purchased the Toyota Care Plus extended maintenance plan on both vehicles because it is really worth paying the up-front cost to continue the factory services through 45,000 miles and save a lot of money by doing so. Alicia Verven was my service advisor. She was very helpful and professional. After the vehicle service was completed, Alicia went over everything very thoroughly. Good job.

  My husband & I went in not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, thinking it was out of our price range. Melissa took the time to give us all the options and wasn't pushy. We ended up getting a brand new Toyota Highlander that I LOVE & it was affordable. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked & was set up properly. Due to their friendly and welcoming spirits, we will definitely be visiting Melissa and Rob for any future motor vehicle purchase. Rob was also very helpful with finalizing our purchase. He made sure that we received the best rate on our loan. I even went back to have my automatic starter installed and had to go say hello to Melissa. I highly recommend this location. It was a pleasure doing business with them both.

  Juan has been so great with us since the moment that we walked in. Everything went smooth and we have no doubt that we would get a good deal and a wonderful car. He took his time with us to show us the car and explain everything with no sales pressure. He calls to ask if we have any questions or concerns and tell us what we need to do every single step. We love what we got. The Sienna is wonderful. When we picked up the car, it has been cleaned with license plate installed. We were so happy with the whole process. If we need another car, we will definitely come back to DCH.
