  Worst Management Team. Very unorganized. wish I could give a half of a star. The service dept, and the GM Phil should not be in the customer service business. If you could go anywhere else to get your car serviced, I advise to. I will now avoid this dealership at all cost. They promise you things, and you can have them recorded, and they refuse to Honor their promises or budge to keep customers. Here's an Idea, Customers pay your paycheck, and keep you in business. Treat them right. This place has left a Very BAD taste in my mouth!

  Vinny was wonderful, patient, and the whole process went smooth. It seemed the alignment was a bit off when I left the dealership, and they scheduled me in to take care of it. Would highly recommend!

  Armando was great! This is the second Acura that I’ve purchased from Acura of Wappingers Falls. They are professional and I didn’t spend countless hours at the dealership. I highly recommend Acura of Wappingers Falls!

  I had a great experience buying a vehicle from Acura of Wappingers Falls. They honored the price, the staff and the process were excellent to work with. I have bought many cars before, this was the easiest one yet! I'll be sending friends & family.

  This review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY. As the owner of a car under warranty I have dealt with a number of Service department employees here. Two stand above the rest (Keith & Eddie) with one of those being outstanding - Eddie. For the most part the service staff is indifferent to the needs of the customer. Eddie, for one, cares about the customers perception of the dealership as a whole. He understands that the relationship they have with their customers directly relates to increased sales down the road. In a sea of disinterested employees Eddie not only takes an interest, he knows the process and he knows what he’s talking about. Numerous times we’ve been told things regarding our warranty coverage and our vehicle’s operation that we knew were blatantly false. Asking to be taken care of by Eddie cuts through all of that. He ensures that the technicians don’t cut corners and if there is an issue in contention Eddie has no problem talking to management about it. When your car is being serviced he keeps you informed every step of the way and keeps you appraised of your options. Eddie performance and Keith’s attentiveness don’t make up for all the sales issues detailed in reviews of this dealership but it helps take the sting out of the process as a whole.
