::Excellent hotel. No problems. Nice and clean. Nice airy room. Lovely breakfast. Just one downside, we had to wait for a bus each day to take us to the nearest subway station to get us to downtown Washington.

::This is a dirty run down dump. We went through 3 rooms to find one that was "stayable". We stayed there 4 years ago for 1 night under desperation. We booked 4 nights not realizing that it was the same one. Dirty, smoky, rooms not clean, run down. All the electric plugs which were few were loose in the walls. Breakfast was poor. Carbs only. Do not stay here. Will be going elsewhere next visit.

::I usually never leave a review but, I have to tell you if you plan on staying here DON’T! I’d give this place NEGATIVE stars if a could!! I stayed in rm 119 a non smoking room. Not only did it immediately smell like cigarettes as soon as I walked, it was covered in roaches( I have plenty pics and videos as proof). I couldn’t sleep a wink because of how many there were. They were in the bathroom, in the shower, and by my head. Do yourself the favor and pay extra to stay in a hotel DO NOT STAY HERE!!

::My experience was pretty unsatisfactory with this Days Inn. When I reached the hotel reception with 2 small kids, they kept us waiting for more than 45 minutes for just the room keys. I frequently travel and stay in hotel quite often. In past, wait time has never been more than 5 minutes. This time it was exhausting. Besides that, the bathroom shower was broken and water kept pouring for hours. Even after repeated requests, management couldn’t fix the issue. I don’t think I will stay in that hotel ever..

::The staff was great, the room was clean, had maid service every day, and there was plenty of food at breakfast. There were waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, multiple kinds of cereal, different kinds of bread for toast, milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, fruit, and pastries. They had an automatic pancake machine so the pancakes were fresh and one of those fresh waffle makers. I have no complaints but I also didn't expect the Marriot either. The motel has laundry facilities but if you need to do big loads of laundry a very clean laundromat is just a three-minute drive. It is a very nice motel. We stayed there for 8 days and have no complaints. There were three adults, one teenager, and a 2-year-old in our party and we had plenty of room. I will suggest you get a room facing the courtyard so you don't get a lot of traffic noise. I almost forgot the metro stop is very close. It took 15 minutes to walk there or five minutes to drive there. The metro offers parking for $4.95 on weekdays and free on weekends. We had a great trip and part of it was because of the staff at the motel. It has a great location too. The neighborhood is safe, there is a great carryout pizza place a few blocks away, Seven Eleven is a block away, an Indian restaurant is a half block away, WalMart and Target are three minutes by car, and a Five Guys restaurant is only two blocks away. I would like to tell the staff thank you for such a great place to stay.
