  I was a 1+ year customer and got a pedicure every three to four weeks at this establishment. The last time I came was three weeks ago and it was my last time. The nail tech no longer did a good job on my pedicure. So I took my business to Kim's Nails in front of the Big Lots on McCart. The staff at Kim's greet you and do a hella good job on pedis.

  Nails are done well but of course no customer service and they will charge for every little thing it almost feels like they hate us.

  Nobody greeted us upon arrival. Stood there for about 5 minutes until I approached a worker and asked how long the wait is. They said an hour, so we took our business to Nails and Beyond across Human Mall and couldn't have picked a better place. Excellent staff, great customer service. Now this is where I will spend my money

  They were SO rude to my grandmother, including the owner! That is no way to treat customers. Wish I could give them zero stars. We will not be returning to this establishment.

  Absolutely perfect!!!! Hannah did my nails and my pedicure. My pedicure felt wonderful, the Polish that was put on my toes looks perfect and the full set of acrylics that were put on are, seriously, PERFECT! I have never had anyone do my nails this well in all of the years I've been getting acrylics. Will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done!
