  I’ve had my eyebrows done here over 8 years. It was becoming increasingly difficult to get my ideas done due to 45mins-1hr waits. She told me to call and make an appointment; so I tried that. Then she says she doesn’t make appointments for eyebrows just come in. So I try again today and when I get there she says 10-15 wait. Ok cool. 2 other ladies are before me for eyebrows. She takes them back then grabs someone for nails. I ask how long for eyebrows. She says long wait, she was here before you. I had already been waiting 35 minutes. Had she sad that from the freaking beginning I could have kept it moving!!!

  This used to be my go to nail place for mainly eyebrows but not anymore. Customer service has become unacceptable. Me and my daughter have been waiting over 40 minutes to get eyebrows and fills and Amy took a woman who just walked in right in front of us to do eyebrows. That's some B's.

  Waited 2 hours for a full with gel polish... After waiting... Was told I'm charged $16 for the fill an then a additional $20 for gel polish.... Will never come back here again!

  Worst nail shop I've been to by far.. I show a picture of what style (acrylic) I want. Pick out my colors and immediately get told to take a seat that it will be awhile. I accept with a smile. Take a seat, waiting patiently for almost an hour two more people walk in one wants close to the same thing I want and gets taken care of right away. The other one wanted a pedi and she gets hers taken care of quickly as well. Now I've been waiting almost 2 hours, still patiently and get told a higher price than before. I do NOT recommend this place to anybody if you like to be treated with respect. Will NEVER come back to this place.

  Love it i been going here for almost 2 years and always get the best service Amy (owner) is awesome i would highly recomended
