  We went to drive through today (3/19/2023) and ordered a large chocolate chip cookie dough and a banana split. Got to the window and paid in cash and the guy said to me that our card didn’t go though, I’m like what?! I paid in cash, I think the car in front of me, his/her card didn’t go through but that car was already gone, but anyway, we waited and waited, and finally we got the banana split, but only banana was missing on my banana, he didn’t tell us that they were out of bananas when we placed the orders. They charged me for a banana split w/o banana. Service was very very slow, please hire more people or close the place down.

  Please teach your kitchen staff how to read. When customers ask to remove toppings from an item, it's not for funsies its because that stuff is nasty, messing that up this consistently should be embarrassing.

  I have gone to this location around four times now and there won't be a fourth. The drive through is so slow, I could order here, leave and go order somewhere else and comeback here and my order still won't be ready. I always get this "sorry we're so busy!" I was the only one in the drive through and it took seven minutes for two original cheese burgers and a shake and u didn't even get napkins or a straw and the kicker was that they adked ne to move up for my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Learn how to hire and run your establishment or shut it down.

  The parking lot is empty yet the drive through still takes 15-20 mins even if there are only a couple cars ahead. I’ve been here several times and the food is cold and they always seem to be out of gravy for the chicken strip baskets. I’ll be driving to the Richfield DQ from now on.

  I will never return to this location!!! The last three times I’ve been there I’ve had a terrible experience. Cold food, 30 minute wait time, wrong orders, terrible service, nothing is good there! Just waited over 30 minutes for cold food as two employees were screaming at each other, swearing, calling each other the N word, saying how they were going beat people up. Even when he handed me the food he was swearing and yelling back to the other guy. Rehire calling the store three times to ask for a refund but no one answered. Going to call customer service and ask for a refund. Never go to this location! The employees are terrible!
