  I had a to go order and an item was accidentally left out (I had a big order I can see how that happens) and Carlos completely made up for it! Excellent service, met me at the door with my item plus a lava cake. Amazing customer service especially at night right before close! I was not expecting anything extra for the mistake but am very happy with how kind and professional he was!

  Under staffed. Service was slower than a it should be. The foodwas food was good. Had the all you could eat, and it took longer than it should between servings. The restaurant was running out of food and could not complete orders. Service improved towards the end and then died off again. 20 minutes for the check, 30 minutes for the dessert, 20+ minutes for a to-go container. We were in before 5pm and it took until 6:40 to get back out. Dirty plates and glasses accumulated at the end of the table.

  We stopped at this Applebees during a snow storm and there was one server for the entire place. Which was surprisingly busy during a snow storm. The server was excellent! She didn’t miss a beat and her personality and attentiveness made it feel like we weren’t in a snow storm. The restaurant was a bit cold but I am sure that was due to the weather we were having. The food was good and filling. I would recommend this Applebees.

  Went around 3pm and the service and food were amazing. I'm from California and so far being here in MN the services that I've received from here has been low quality, but coming here, service was phenomenal. I didn't get the waitress's name, but thank you for a great night :) and yes, I did tip more than 20% .

  So I gave it 4 stars because a waitress walked past and dropped ranch on my shoe, it took the lady about 30 mins to clean a table for 7 and the appetizers didn't come out first (ice cream and cake for my sons' birthday came out first)The manager was amazing. Food even the appetizers took a little bit longer than expected. My table had a blast we really had fun. The drinks were good.
