::This CVS location is my most frequented and this review is about the store and not the pharmacy. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. Staff are friendly and always helpful, and the registers are never short staffed. Knocking off one star because they're pretty slow at restocking when items are on sale.

::Poor service. The vet called in my pets prescription on a Thursday and by Tues they didn't have it. We tried again and they didn't check the voicemail. I stopped in and had the pharmacy on the line, but I wasn't even greeted. I was totally ignored. Going to Walgreens. No wonder they have a 3.2 rating.

::Darlene, Shift Manager at the Edgewater, NJ location, was a blessing. I went to get my Dad's picture enlarged. When I told her it was for his Funeral Mass, Darlene was very sympathetic and made sure the picture was perfect. She was patient and made this process very easy. Thank you Darlene.

::I travel a good half hour just to come to this CVS because they always have my medications ready on time. Everyone was always so helpful and kind. Didn't have anything negative to say until now. The quality of some of the people that work in the Pharmacy has gone down. In the past if I was prescribed a medication that wasn't covered by my insurance, I would get a call advising me of that and letting me know how much it would be out of pocket. That service is gone. Went to pick up my medication today (9/11/17) and the girl behind the counter was just rude! Short black hair in a pony tail. I'm taking to you! I know everyone is entitled to have a bad day but just remember you chose to work in an environment that you will be dealing with sick people. The diseases I suffer from will end my life at a young age. The last thing I need is to deal with is disrespect in my final years when I pick up medications that is helping me survive. Go work in the stock room if you don't know how to deal with your personal emotions in a professional environment. Have some compassion.
