  These two stars are for the pharmacist I just spoke to on the phone. Waited a bit on hold for someone to pick up; then a monotone voice answered. I said, "I'm just wondering if you carry a certain brand of birth control." He said "no, we don't." I said, "...you already know? I didn't even ask yet." And he said, "yes because I know what I carry." Might have been miscommunication, but either way it was unfriendly and unhelpful.
