  I found Dayna James in the pharmacy to be quite unhelpful and rude... it took over an hour to resolve my issue, and even my insurer (who ended up calling the pharmacy too) told me they found her behaviour "unprofessional"

  The Minute Clinic here is a scam. I was charged a $50 Specialist Fee to see the nurse practitioner but when I received the explanation of benefits from my health insurer, I was advised that the fee should have been $25. When I tried to get a refund, all you can do is call them and wait on hold. I finally gave up trying to resolve it with CVS and put the charge into dispute with my credit card provider. The place is a scam.

  The service could not be any slower, the self-checkout machines are incredibly glitchy, and CVS is too self-righteous to sell cigarettes. I'm currently in excruciating pain and I can't even get my prescription filled in a timely manner.

  The pharmacy is incredibly rude condensing and not helpful. I needed help setting up a appointment because there system was down. I was given attitude and a hand in my face. Manager was unhelpful. Avoid At all cost
