::The pharmacist was extremely helpful and kind!
Carren Kaston
::I have had generally good experiences here since the departure of a previous pharmacy manager who did not do her work. Pharmacists have gone out of their way to help me. But I particularly want to address a comment posted recently by a customer who felt that the loudspeaker security alert he heard every time he entered the store was racist and was targeted at him in particular. I'd like to assure him that this is an automatic announcement that is triggered when anyone opens the doors. I'm a white woman and every time I enter the store, I trigger the loudspeaker announcement. It's ridiculous that they have that automatic announcement. But it is not targeted at African Americans. Just wanted to offer that assurance.

::I write this review to bring to light the actions of the establishment as being racist. This is a serious accusation and it is not to be taken lightly. Each time I have entered this store, to browse or look for a specific item, there is a general announcement made to alert security personnel. These announcements are done in such a way that they seem general. For example, "Security, the front door is open..." and repeated at short intervals. The first time I had a similar security alert, a store personnel materialized next to me and tried to pretend they just happened to be in my aisle. The same thing happened on my most recent visit (June 14, 2017, between 8:45 and 9 PM). In each instant, I was the only customer in the store so it was more than obvious that I was being targeted for security concerns. Why, for the simple reason that I am an African American male. This demeaning treatment is vile and reprehensible and was quite upsetting. Perhaps I should have confronted the store's management, but my anger over my targeting may have escalated this wretched situation. I instead left the store in utter disgust vowing never to enter the establishment again. Racism is a serious assault on the person and social sensibilities. But even as I try to maintain civility in this writing, I wholly condemn this place as foul and despicable.

::Would be terrific if a call went through, so a refill request could be placed. On the other hand, the staff was very responsive when told of the problem.

::Terrible Service! I made a photo order online and I received the confirmation through a call and my email that the order will be ready to be picked up after 9:13pm. When I arrive to the place at 9:45pm the "manager" told me that the photo service was closed since 8pm, and I should to come back the following day...I told him that I have a SAME DAY PICK UP ORDER to after 9pm, and I was trying to show him my phone with the notification and confirmation to pick up and he just say that he can't do anything and asked me to leave the store or he will call the police.... WHAAAAT??? Excuse meeee! Non one moment I was rude neither said a bad word to him... this guy was so lack of respect and service....so why would #walgreens offer a service to pick up at the same day and even offered an exact hour to pick up if the service at the store closed more than one hour before that? Please take care of your customers!!!!!
