They've managed to lose or mess up my prescription every time. The lady at the pharmacy desk asks for the same information from you at least 5-6 times before she needs someone to come over and take over. Don't bother calling to refill your prescription here. Even if you call they won't have it ready. Ever.

If you are not going to show your ID to cashier, you have to stand outside!!!!!! I went to CVS with my boyfriend for the cough medicine. I didn’t buy anything, so I wait for my boyfriend to self-checkout. The machine ask for the ID to process the checkout (my boyfriend and I both over 18). Since I am not going to buy anything, should only my boyfriend show his ID to the cashier. However, the cashier asked me to show my ID, too. I rejected and said, β€œ I’m not buying anything.” She is very rude and said:” THEN YOU SHOULD STAND OUTSIDE.” I don’t understood why should I show her ID and why should I stand outside of the CVS.

The CVS closest to my house is expensive and the service is dreadful. They would tell me my prescriptions were ready, and when I got there, they NEVER were. EVER. It would often be 10 -15 minutes before any of the half dozen pharmacists would look up from counting pills for all the customers who were not ther, and holler "hey you have a customer " and one of the cashier lackeys would tell you they'd be with you in just a moment and it'd be another 10-15 minutes before they'd wait on you. At that point they'd tell you something like " Oh we couldn't fill that, no refill/ insurance won't cover it/we had to order it/blah blah blah. Then fill it, promising to bump it to the top of the queue and you finally go back to the counter after 30-45 minutes of not hearing your name, having read all the magazines, and they tell you it's almost ready, and THEN they actually bother to fill your prescription. I used them because they were close to the house, until one of their techs stole half my vicodin scrip. I didn''t realize till it was too late to prove it, but that did it for me.

Long lines. The customer service can do a lot better in my opinion but either way good or bad I end up going her because it's so close to my place. There is definitely room for improvements.

I've never had a unpleasant experience here. I get my prescriptions refilled here and make quick stops here if I need. It's a small CVS, but I'm always greeted and helped when I walk in and the pharmacy staff and friendly and helpful. They're perfectly friendly when assisting me.
