::Worst Pharmacy ever and ZERO Customer service. They have more then 7-8 employees behind counter at a time but you'll hardly get any assistance if needed. Most of the times they have huge lines of customers and only 1 person at a register who'd take his/her sweet time. Don't bother calling this pharmacy because they will NOT pick up their phone and even if they do by mistake, they'll literally hang up on you. I have seen them while waiting in the line that there are so many people working while phone is ringing but they don't bother picking up. Trust me, WORST place to go for your Medicines.

::My son was prescribe medication that were not covered by the insurance, the pharmacy just put it on hold without calling either the doctor or myself, after we came to pick the medication up they told us they never got the script meanwhile they are the once that put it on hold. Finally after 30 minutes they figured out that they are the once who put the script on hold because the insurance does not cover this specific brand and told us that we need to contact the doctor and that the doctor needs to call back the pharmacy and prescribe another brand of the medication that is covered by the insurance. I called the doctor this morning, and the doctor was furious as it is the pharmacy's responsibility to reach out to the doctor's office and notify them if something is not covered and in this case the doctor will prescribe an alternative! I then called the pharmacy spend 30 minutes on hold just to be hung up on, then finally got through again and was put on hold 5 more times... costing me an hour and a half of wasted time just to let the pharmacy know that they have to be the once to contact the doctor. Ridiculous and frustrating.

::I was helped by a gentleman named Jean. I was having a problem getting all my coupons and discounts to come off of my purchase. He took me from the self scanning registers over to the courtesy desk and solved my problem. He did it very friendly and very happily. He is definitely am employee CVS should be proud of.

::The place is poorly run hence the 2.3 reviews. Its better to go somewhere else for first time or changing prescriptions.

::If only I could give 0 stars. Worst pharmacy experience of my life. 3 hours and counting of the past 2 days trying to pick up a generic for my medication that is covered by my insurance. I had the doctors office send the script for the exact generic twice and when I went to pick it up for the third time after calling to confirm they had the right medication/generic for me, they tried to give me a different one yet again! With zero communication about what was in the bag, good thing I checked. Then finally, after 3.5 hours somebody went to check and told me they don’t have that generic! To find it at another cvs location they asked me to wait on line again... when I called to speak to a pharmacist I was on hold for 35 minutes... needless to say I’m never going back there again.... Update: called capsule and got my correct meds the same day! Capsule is the way to go ladies & gents.
