  The Minute Clinic PA (I think he was) was great. I had to wait a while but I arrived just in time for their closed period I'm assuming for lunch. Again, the PA was great he was very patient and thorough. I waited on line for the pharmacy but my prescriptions weren't quite ready. The ladies attending to the line were very nice as well. I would say every employee I encountered was well mannered and helpful. And then there was the Pharmacist or Pharmacy tech, whatever she was. She seemed annoyed that I dared to ask her questions. Silly me for inquiring about medication that I have to pay for.

  I was at this location this week waiting on a long line only to update my insurance card. As I was leaving the security guard followed me and said "Hey what did you put in your bag?" Mind you I hadn't even left the store. I gave him my bag and told him to look through it. He dumped my stuff out on the floor and wasn't even going to pick it up. Luckily someone else saw him doing this. He found nothing my my bag. I spoke to the Manager who was very apologetic but this place needs a major overhaul on many levels. Hopefully corporate reads these reviews and does something.

  I will never come to this location again. Atrocious service- they could not care less about you and on top of that they are extremely rude! Further, there are very long lines so even if everything works out smoothly you'll still have to wait an average of 20-30 minutes for your prescription.

  Worst cvs ever!!! Incompetent human beings working at the pharmacy. The 116post office is faster than this pharmacy. Bunch of slow moving idiots. They need a regional manager to come in and fire them and do a whole overhaul. The area deserves better

  It's the most convenient to my apt, so it has to do in a pinch. Yes the lines are ridiculous, but there were plenty of cashiers so it went fast. I had a problem with my young male cashier who couldn't grasp basic customer service skills, so I asked for the manager, and spoke to him. Manager is named Ron and lemme tell you he's great! He listened and I was heard. Ron's a very professional manager and he's why I'll shop there again. I can tell he's trying to make the store a success. The staff was very helpful to me and several other customers of all ages and races. There is no bias here like other places in the area. This is also a fantastic location, right by everything including the 2/3 trains and many buses. The coupon printer worked, too, which is unusual for most CVS locations where I work in Chelsea. It's very organized and positive overall. If you have any probs, ask for Ron. He'll make it right.
