::If you want to wait an hour for a prescription that’s been called in a week ago and then be late to work because they’re still “verifying” the prescription, then come to this pharmacy. Not only were there 6 back and forth phone calls between my doctor and this pharmacy but they couldn’t even manage to have the prescription filled when I arrived. IT LITERALLY TOOK AN HOUR TO FILL ONE PRESCRIPTION. Do not come here

::The line was so long and the cashier's were soooo slow I thought I was never going to get out of there I felt trapped and almost put my water back and walked out. I came in grabbed a bottle of water 30 seconds was ready to pay took 20 minutes to get to pay way too slow.

::Appalling service. CVS management and employee needs customer care and service classes. I deal with someone by the name of Katie that have no managerial skills. She tore up the rain checks I requested in front of me an approximately 10 customers. She said she can lose her job if she if me 3 different rain checks for Cheerios. The store was out of multi-grain, honey nut and regular Cheerios. Each box size is different. She told me they are all Cheerios even when all Cheerios brands were not on sale and refused to give me separate rain checks. Despicable. I've worked in customer service for over 40 years and never experienced such incompetence. CVS on 125th Street and Lenox Avenue in Harlem gers a 0 star.

::I wish I could give no stars in all honesty. My doctor sent a prescription for a vaccine yesterday. I get to the CVS and they claim they don’t have the prescription. I have my doc call to verify only to find out that they ran out. I’ve been here for 2 hours and NOW they tell me they’ve run out. I spoke with 4 different workers, and NONE told me they didn’t have what I needed even after I specified what it was. Silvia and Fatima were the WORST. I mean how don’t you know what’s in stock and what’s not? Made me wait all that time for Nothing.
