  Greatest customer service I have experienced in many many years. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. It’s easy access right off the taconic state parkway. Spotless units. Well cared for property. Plenty of parking right next to my unit. No regrets and no worries about my belongings.

  Very pleasant experience. I stored my vehicle here while deployed overseas for a year with zero issues. Helpful staff and secure facility.

  BEWARE... don’t not bring any of your storage needs to this facility!! They are crooks!! I moved out of my unit on the 3rd of the month they make you pay for the full month, as well as they are claiming something was left in my storage unit and charging me for two extra months late fees and and auction fee! Thankfully my nephew is an attorney!! I should mention I used this facility for almost 3 years prices constantly increasing, I’ve paid them close to $7000.00 and this is how they treat you when you move out! Disgusting!!

  The staff is personable, friendly and extremely helpful. They can help with any questions or concerns and are genuinely interested in giving solutions. Very well maintained grounds and units and the to know the area is monitored with cameras makes you feel secure leaving your possessions.
