  Obviously things have changed after people have put their comments a year ago. The attendant lady in the mornings is rude, she does not know the proper way to treat customers. Not pleasant to start doing business there.

  Very nice and helpful staff. I just wish the hours of accessability were better. Closing at 5:00 pm. on Saturdays and 2:00 p.m. on Sundays does not help this single mom who has a jammed packed work week coupled with a full weekend with the kids sports schedules. Other than this, I say Storage Depot is great.
