  Excellent customer service, and very straightforward reservation and payment processes. The required insurance fees weren't made clear until I was at the desk checking in, but otherwise fees and agreement terms are transparent. I got an excellent deal from reserving online, as well.

  Surprised to find out a monthly insurance fee is required. Wouldn't have booked them had I known this. Apparently there is a class action lawsuit pending against them relating to this. Beware...

  Great new facility that I switched to from R St NE. Better security and the fresh smell, large delivery entrances.

  Great staff! As a novice, the staff was very attentive and guided me through the most economical options. The whole process was so easy - no hidden fees or surprises.
