::Excellent customer service, and very straightforward reservation and payment processes. The required insurance fees weren't made clear until I was at the desk checking in, but otherwise fees and agreement terms are transparent. I got an excellent deal from reserving online, as well.

::Surprised to find out a monthly insurance fee is required. Wouldn't have booked them had I known this. Apparently there is a class action lawsuit pending against them relating to this. Beware...
