::CubeSmart sold this location and no one ever alerted us. The new company saw that CubeSmart had no file with our unit information, so we had to contact the CubeSmart district manager who said it was the new company's problem and he was not going to do anything. With the help of the new company, we found out our account was paying for another client's unit that was priced the same as our unit and was charging us late fees. Once the manager working with the new company heard the CubeSmart manager was not going to help at all, we had him on speaker, he waived the last of made up fees from CubeSmart and even gave us a bigger unit to make things right. Will never look for CubeSmart for my storage needs again, the company is too disorganized and does not care about their clients.

They answered all my questions and made sure all my concerns were covered. They made the booking and set up of storage very easy and made sure the unit was ready for me to move my stuff in. Please if your looking to get a storage with great conditions, affordable prices, easy moving areas, and friendly staff this is the place to go. Im glad I made my decision with this storage facility.

::I just signed an agreement to rent from this location and couldn't be anymore pleased. I walked in and was greeted by Nina. She is very warm and personable. She made the process go very smoothly. Nina was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I got to meet Marcus the other manager and he too was very warm and personable. They treat everyone as if they are the only customer in the store. The unit was very clean and a good temperature. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
