::If I could give this dealership less than one star, I would. I had the absolute WORST experience in attempting to purchase a car from them. To begin with, when talking to Jeremy Farthing, the salesman I was dealing with, about buying a car they had on their lot and requesting a possible lower price, I was immediately met with severe rudeness. He called back later and stated that no cars were ever discounted unless they were on the lot "for a long time." This was a USED 2012 Ford Explorer, with absolutely no willingness to work with a potential customer about a lower price. I requested a price that was not even $2000 lower than the listed price and was told they would lose over $3000 by lowering it. I emailed the manager about my awful experience and received a call a WEEK later. I had missed the call and called back shortly after and had not heard back since. I have since purchased a car from a great dealership in Atlanta, I highly recommend them. Overall my experience with Crest Honda was awful from the very start. I was treated like an incompetent human being who had no knowledge of the car industry and who could not work a calculator. I have no doubt that I was met with such rudeness due to the fact that it was a woman who called to talk about the vehicle rather than a man. I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone else. Ever. Do not do it. Find another dealership. Trust me, it'll be WELL worth it.
