  If I could give this dealership less than one star, I would. I had the absolute WORST experience in attempting to purchase a car from them. To begin with, when talking to Jeremy Farthing, the salesman I was dealing with, about buying a car they had on their lot and requesting a possible lower price, I was immediately met with severe rudeness. He called back later and stated that no cars were ever discounted unless they were on the lot "for a long time." This was a USED 2012 Ford Explorer, with absolutely no willingness to work with a potential customer about a lower price. I requested a price that was not even $2000 lower than the listed price and was told they would lose over $3000 by lowering it. I emailed the manager about my awful experience and received a call a WEEK later. I had missed the call and called back shortly after and had not heard back since. I have since purchased a car from a great dealership in Atlanta, I highly recommend them. Overall my experience with Crest Honda was awful from the very start. I was treated like an incompetent human being who had no knowledge of the car industry and who could not work a calculator. I have no doubt that I was met with such rudeness due to the fact that it was a woman who called to talk about the vehicle rather than a man. I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone else. Ever. Do not do it. Find another dealership. Trust me, it'll be WELL worth it.

  Si esta pensando en comprar un carro nuevo o usado, Nosotros recomendamos Crest Honda, fuimos atendidos por Charlie Quintero (The peruvian Prince), quien muy amablemente nos atendio en español y a quien especialmente le agradecemos por atendernos. Fue una muy buena experiencia de compra Charlie respondio a todas nuestras inquietudes y atendio todos nuestros requerimientos. Hasta fuimos atendidos por Charlie en su dia de descanso. Gracias.
