  I've tried several crossfit gyms in the Houston area and Covenant is one of my favorites. The coaches are awesome and always encouraging. Works out are competitive but not intimidating(most of the time :)). Being apart of this community has been great you are always encouraged to be the best athlete you can be and push for greatness. Crossfit fit keeps me accountable , in shape, and motivated if you haven't tried it yet this is one of the best gyms to give it s shot.

  Covenant is amazing. Sean is a great coach, super caring and inspiring. The programming is amazing. And the best part is the people, a great supportive group of friends! I love it here.

  Great owners, great coaches, great community. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape or looking for something different.

Sean and Ryan have assembled an amazing coaching staff and cultivated a truly strong culture; built on pushing your goals and helping everyone to succeed.
