::I've tried several crossfit gyms in the Houston area and Covenant is one of my favorites. The coaches are awesome and always encouraging. Works out are competitive but not intimidating(most of the time :)). Being apart of this community has been great you are always encouraged to be the best athlete you can be and push for greatness. Crossfit fit keeps me accountable , in shape, and motivated if you haven't tried it yet this is one of the best gyms to give it s shot.
