  Pricey for an off-strip hotel. Slow to bring extra towels both in room and at the pool. Intermittent closures at the bistro and limited hours for breakfast buffet. Most disappointed with the curt, unaccommodating and unfriendly service. We usually stay at Marriott's and I expected better.

  One entree arrived first. 7 minutes later the appetizer arrived. I told my friend to eat as I'm sure my salad would be right out. It arrived as the bill was being presented.

  The staff here are Always friendly. The rooms are Always clean. The prices are not too high compared to other hotels in the summerlin area. It is very close to anything u might need. There's a shopping center directly across the street and it shares a parking lot with many restaurants.

  The room was great. Nice finishes. Free shuttle to the strip. The layout of the room, and the hotel itself, was kinda awkward. No free breakfast.

  A nice and convenient off strip hotel. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional.
