::Charged custom drink price for plain coffee (about double the price anywhere else in America). No-refill policy -- you want more, buy another expensive cup. Piped-in music so loud that you can't make a phone call. Worst SBUX experience ever. By licensing the Starbucks name to places like this, Howard Schultz (founder and CEO of Starbucks) is diluting the brand and making a huge mistake.

::The service was very good. They were very clear, helpful, and polite about everything. I dropped one of the sandwiches I ordered, completely my fault, and they replaced it on the spot for free. It was very kind of them. Great Job guys!

::Pricy. And the drink is much much much sweeter than anywhere else. My chai latte and barely taste chai. The more you drink the more thirsty you get due to the sugar they put in.

::Fast service...haha, yeah right! Stood in line for 1/2 an hour. All the while with my food getting cold that I had bought from another place. I'm from Seattle and at least they know how to get people thru the line quickly. I saw 3 people leave the line due to them not wanting to wait in line. This location needs more people working here who can handle the volume of people coming to it.
