  A complete embarrassment for Costco. They don’t answer the phones ever nor do they call back. The only reason they are in business is the ease of the location within Costco...

  They NEVER answer their phones! Had an appt at 10am and left at 12pm. Two hours! Never going back!

  Great for groceries in bulk for great prices. Terrible customer service in regards to the vision Center. It's almost like they don't want to sell glasses or contacts.
