Repeating customer for 15+ yrs until now. Air bubble formed on cake after pick-up, contacted French Bakery via Instagram and phone to report issue. Received the worst response ever. Person on the phone was rude and dismissive. Made no attempt to help. When you're charging so much for baked goods, you better back them up with great customer service. Will never buy here again.

WORST !!!! Absolutely bad experience I called 3 times and kid and girl answered in between times they put me on hold for more than 17 mins I called the last 3rd time , an politely asked why was the wait so long and he just said we’re busy and put me on hold and hung up on me!!! unacceptable !!! I wish I could put 0 stars ! They should hire a more professional staff.

Celebrating a co-worker's birthday, we stopped at French's Bakery in Costa Mesa to pick up a cake for a surprise birthday party. The staff took care of me, making sure the cake was ready to go and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They have a wide selection to choose from and if you have enough time, you can have custom cakes made. Great prices. Definitely will use again.

32+ YRS ago, my work used to get the wagon wheels (cream cheese/fruit coffee cake/giant danish) for meetings. They're STILL HERE & JUST as delish!!! My mom & dad had me pick up some bear claws before I visited them an hour away. They remembered them from years before, also! I arrived when they opened @ 7a, to be sure they still had bear claws, as they're one of the most popular items. I bought 2 cream cheese danishes.. .mmmmmmm!!! I'd pay extra if I could get them to put DOUBLE cream cheese on a wagon wheel! Next time!! Get there early, or call ahead & place an order. They close @ 3p. Pop
