::Stayed here one night and definitely would do this again! The front desk was about a 3-4 minute walk from where we were. Easy access to Uber and some nice downtown places. Able to get to the Hynes conventional center no problem! Had one problem with the shower in the morning. When I let them know they were very concerned and told me that they were going to send someone right away to get it fixed. Bathroom was tiny but it worked for two people.

::Very nice and cosy place to stay in Boston, very well located. They have couple of different buildings, I was staying in this gorgeous victorian one with fireplace and nice little kitchen annex. The only downside was that at some point of my stay the AC/heating stopped working, but the stuff was so nice that they reacted immediately, came over to see what happened and provided me with the heater.

::Good place to stay with a small kitchen. Ours was at good location facing sun. So it was bright whole day. Good and cooperative staff

::I would love to give a five star since the price and room were excellent. Staff very accommodating. Especially when we returned the parking spot we were assigned and paid for was taken...they gave up a staff spot for us! Thank you again... but in the very early morning..and since our room was ground level next to the staff cleaning area... we were unpleasantly woken up! They slammed the door, spoke very loudly, and slammed on our door over an hour before check out to clean the room. The last part... in there defense... how would they know we were gone if they have an untraditional check out?! You do not return key to front desk, but simply leave it in the room and leave. Therefore they would be unable to track if occupants have left or Not! I would recommend and stay here again! :) you get the best bang for your $! Just don't stay near staff area!

::the email I sent to Copley House manager! I have not heard from them as of this time! Hello Mr. Moen, Honestly, I was very disappointed with your “suite”. I did not expect that I paid almost $200/per night for such poor room condition as your suite. The room looks old, filty and small, your ac/heater outlets are falling apart, the location of your suite looks like a dungeon (I took pictures if you want to see it). I felt that it is not worth my hard earned money. We were so tired and late when we came because of snow and accidents on the road. As much as I would like to cancel my stay, my family and I were so exhausted to consider any other more options. It is our first time in Boston and this unpleasant experience with your hotel, unfortunately, clouded the memories we intend to keep. Your hotel needs serious repair and renovation. I also would like to request that you refund me the one night stay, given the situations I narrated.
