  We totally enjoyed our first stay at the Lenox Hotel. The corner room with two queen beds, a wood burning fireplace and city views in two directions was great. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers, ample towels, bath robes, slippers and room service. Excellent housekeeping. The hotel's own City Table restaurant and City Bar were convenient. Excellent meals and drinks and service. We used the valet parking and thought it was worth it so we didn't have to be concerned about parking in Boston. Solas, their two-floor Irish pub was too crowded for us during our visit. The whole staff was welcoming, attentive, polite and helpful; just what you would expect (and then some) from a quality hotel.

  We recently had our wedding at The Lenox Hotel, and it was the most wonderful experience! Mara and the team are just incredible, and we had the best day ever — thanks in part to them! We had family travel from near and far to stay, and everyone had nothing but great things to say about the hotel! From cleanliness, to accommodations, to the kindness of the staff, it was honestly one of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed at. Any and all questions are answered in a timely manner, and the atmosphere is just wonderful! City Bar, City Table, and Sólás are perfect additions, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit in the mornings at the front desk is the right touch! Our actual wedding was perfect in every way, and every detail and moment was carefully organized and executed by the team. We highly highly recommend The Lenox — whether you want to treat yourself to a private night away or you're planning a milestone event, it's truly the PERFECT spot in the city!

  Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. Five stars for service, cleanliness, value, atmosphere, facilities. This place has it all. I really love the small touches they added to make the stay comfortable. Great wifi, nice selection of toiletries and bed was heavenly. Staff are so warm and personable, they really keep the magic alive in the hotel. A true gem of Boston, would 100% recommend!!

  I had a wonderful stay at the Lenox Hotel in Boston's back bay neighborhood. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. The room was incredibly spacious for a city hotel and had a cozy fireplace and lots of natural light/windows. The location was perfect, walking distance to amazing restaurants. I can't wait to come back.

  I adore staying at this hotel. It just has a welcoming and comforting vibe with understated luxury. Service is outstanding. Yes, the decor is very old fashioned and could use an update, but somehow it doesn’t matter. This place is special and feels luxurious even with its flaws.
