::Service inside has improved a lot! but the person at the entrance to check for your appointment needs some training! Still the surroundings are not nice, parking is limited.

::$20 parking fee.... Everyone outside will try to scam you into photo copies of birth certificates, photos and pens. Photos are taking inside so there is no need to purchase else where. All attendant booths have writing utensils. Arrive with all documents the call center advises and all will go smoothly.
